Golumpki Casserole
 1 lb ground beef
 1 medium cabbage
 1 onion, chopped
 1 cup uncooked rice
 8 oz tomato sauce
 2 8oz cans whole tomatoes
 chopped salt and pepper

Parboil cabbage until tender. Cut into 1-inch slices.

Brown ground beef and onions.

Layer 1/2 of cabbage and ground beef into casserole dish.

Layer 1 cup uncooked rice, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Add remaining cabbage.

Cover with chopped cabbage.

Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
