11.50 lbs flank steak
2.50 oz soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp dry mustard pinch onion powder

Mix all the ingredients together in a plastic zip-lock. Add the flank steak, covering all the meat and marinate overnight.

Take the steak(s) out of the marinade. Throw rest of marinade away.

Grill about 4 minutes on each side over medium heat.

Let rest 5-8 minutes after cooking.

Slice on a diagonal in thin slices.
